Ingredients:
2 bananas
25g sweetened coconut
25g (4 squares) half bitter chocolate (70%)
Method of Preparation:
Knead the banana with a fork and stir in the grated coconut. Bake in medium oven for 15 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened. Let it rest and let it cool to coil. Make 6 balls and place on a railing (or butter paper or a dish). Melt bitter chocolate in the microwave (+ or-1 uni at medium power, done twice) and cover the balls. Wait cool to harden and done. (I.e. 1 unit = 66 kcal!!!)
